Gary was responsible for Gardner Smith’s global expansion with the establishment of offices in Indian subcontinent, ASEAN, Far East, Europe, Oceania and Africa

Gary initiated Acquisitions & Collaborative ventures, through strong personal relationships with International Agri Business groups across the globe

In 1998, Gary formed another Group of companies with a focus on “A New Generation Entrepreneur with Social & Environmental responsibility”

In 2012 ASX listed Grain Corp ( Australia) acquired Gardner Smith Group amicably for an enterprise value of AUD 302 Million to form Grain Corp Oils.
